It has been shown by research that cognitive behavioural therapy can be effective in treating all of these conditions
The downloadable programmes can be used in conjunction with seeing a CBT therapist, who can refine and bespoke the approach for you. The programmes address the main issues most people are addressing in day to day life and can assist mild to moderate problems. The programmes are not designed for people who have severe and prolonged mental health problems.
